All Engineers/Plumbers are CRB checked and for site work we have Engineers/Plumbers holding CSCS certificates.

Our Office Staff have developed a process in which we endeavor to assist Landlords/Agents/Homeowners through any Maintenance /Fault process as follows:

  • Property details are stored in our database minimizing admin and speeding up response times.
    • Records of previous details of jobs/appliances so we are familiar with the job
  • Gas safety records are stored so that we can remind you when a new certificate is due
  • Tenant liaising on your behalf, to minimize your work load
  • Discount for registered agents and landlords

Repair to 75mm pipe work as it was leaking, we repaired using map pressing, using this system we only had to have the water off , for 3 hours plus we did not need to turn the fire alarms off.

The runs of pipe work to supply a three zoned areas and hot and cold feeds to the other end of the property.
