I feel compelled to say what a fantastic service your Ellesmere shop and repair department provided with the repair of two electrical items. I was provided a very personal customer service from beginning to end, the speed of work was particularly impressive and the ease of doing business with you was really great.
In addition, you managed to fix an oil filled radiator for little over £10, when the manufacturer’s service center told me it couldn’t be repaired at all and the American parent company told me to “throw it out with the trash as it’s not able to be repaired or recycled”. You clearly have a wealth of skills which most companies don’t possess and can’t be bothered to develop, advocating throw away rather than repair.
I was so impressed with the repair departments repairing skills and the wrap around customer service, and I do have experience of the customer service market, as a customer service director for a major brand, so know what it takes to do an outstanding job.
